HaoYummy is a restaurant website builder platform that enables restaurant owners to create professional websites with bilingual menus, online ordering, and direct payment processing through Stripe.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data without authorization

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload (menus, photos, descriptions). By using our platform, you grant us a license to display and distribute this content as part of your restaurant website. The HaoYummy platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of CLAIRE2016.

Payment Terms

Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges at the selected plan rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

HaoYummy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CLAIRE2016 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your restaurant website will be taken offline and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CLAIRE2016 is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
